 The total error will be calculated as

sqrt( (E_ns)^2 / 14.59 + (E_hu)^2 / 7.22 + (E_mh)^2 / 3.22 )

, where E_ns is error in number of nameable storms, E_hu is error in number of hurricanes, and E_mh is error in number of major hurricanes.

The error will be calculated using the finalized totals from post-season analysis by NHC.
