Recap of tracks done in 2020 in anarchic basins

As part of my regular analysis, in 2020, I made 33 tracks in such basins, where neither a local RSMC has been designated, nor a U.S. agency consistently monitors (sub)tropical cyclone activity: Gulf of Guinea, Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea, North Sea and Baltic Sea.

Since there is neither RSMC nor U.S. agency doing a best track or a post-season analysis, I'm not doing error calculations, but merely a listing of all the tracks.
